Qualifications/Requirements:
- Create a sustainable business model in the category for ongoing business: Go deep, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business model to service the opportunities.
- Co-own the P&L, develop the business model, understand where opportunities are and create a viable business to service them. Own pricing strategy based on market potential, consumer insights, margins, competitive signal. Manage the top-line delivery and bottom-line delivery of this category through AOV and driving up penetrations.
- Take brand ownership and provide the vision, mission, goals, and strategies to match up to.
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitor's activity to identify opportunities.
- Translate brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- Handle marketing spends and prepare media briefs across different platforms
- Solid understanding of the marketplace/industry, and of competitive and account information.
- Proficient at establishing procedures to monitor business development progress, and addressing any gaps. Familiarity with trends and issues that create opportunities to add value to the business
- Skillful at using influencing and communication skills, to gain acceptance of a product, service, or idea from prospects.
- Demonstrated focus on clients and their needs. Ability to build and sustain productive client relationships, and deliver quality service and high satisfaction
- Ability to create a good first impression, command attention and respect, with an air of confidence.
- Competent at identifying appropriate product/service offerings to meet the client's needs.
