Business Head - InsurTech Startup

About the Company : Our client is a fast-growing, scaled up insurtech company, backed by marquee investors. The company is transforming the insurance industry with cutting-edge technology and innovative solutions, offering seamless and personalized customer experiences.

Role: As the head of the Insurtech business, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the insurtech vertical, managing full P&L responsibilities, spearheading product innovation, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and scale the insurance business vertical.

2. Manage end-to-end P&L responsibilities, driving sustainable profitability and growth.

3. Maintain full regulatory compliance and foster strong relationships with regulatory bodies and industry stakeholders.

5. Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies, including market expansion and partnership development.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Tier 1 MBA from a top Indian institution.

2. 15+ years of experience in insurance, fintech, or financial services, with a strong focus on insurtech or insurance operations.

3. Proven expertise in P&L management, business building, and driving operational excellence in the insurance domain.

4. Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks, compliance requirements, and navigating industry-specific challenges.

5. Leadership experience with a demonstrated track record of scaling businesses in fast-paced startup is mandatory
