Profile of Candidate:
Incumbent should be a B.E(Civil/Mechanical/Production) or B.arch with MBA and having work experience in any one of the Companies/ Sector :
Construction Industry, Building material, Material handling
- Experience and Knowledge of Fire NOC and Understanding Fire Regulations, working with Developers, Project Management, Contractors and Projects & Interior industry will be an advantage
- Working knowledge of MS Office (particularly Excel and word)
- Great interpersonal and written/ verbal communication skills
- Should have handled a direct team of not less than 10 people and a business turnover of beyond 100 Cr
Key Responsibilities:
- To ensure sales volumes and values are met on a regular month on month basis.
- To enable team members to adhere to process which brings regular business to the organization through effective reviews
- To bring new clients to the fold and keep the existing one happy for repeat business
- To build the channel partner network and open sales branches in new territories
- Ensure proper follow up on offers made which in turn lead to order finalization
- Meeting clients/ consultants and key decision makers along with team members to close orders.
- Train and enable team members to know company and competitor products well for effective selling
- Keep a close watch on new product requirements from market perspective
