Business Head - Industrial/Mfg/Auto

Position: Business Head

Reporting to: Management

Location: *Planning In Progress (Leading Metro’s). Company Headquartered in Pune

Brief of JD:

- India business leader for the new upcoming division

- Develop and Implement strategy to establish India greenfield operations.

- Complete responsibility for business unit including P&L management

- Strategic planning

- Commercial and manufacturing operations

- Sales management and team development.

- Develop and deploy scalable sales processes

- Establish high performance commercial team consisting of dedicated sales team complemented by nationwide network of distributors and reps that serve the Steel, Cement, Power, Oil & Gas and Mining Industries

- Foster the company culture in the India greenfield by deploying management and strategy processes based on the company's system and foster interaction between India associates and their global counterparts
