Business Head - Indirect Retail Lending - NBFC

Role Details :

The Business Head Indirect Retail Lending, will be responsible to drive lending to NBFCs & MFIs & spear head in building strategic partnerships in the Co-lending space with them.

Key Responsibilities :

- Responsible for business development, Credit Underwriting, debt advisory structuring, syndication and execution of debt capital for NBFC & Small Business loans space.

- Responsible for sourcing ,new client onboarding & Lead Due diligence of NBFCs across the sectors of Small business loans, Micro Finance , Housing Finance & Gold Loans.

- Manage strategic relationships across sectors

- Advise clients on liability and business strategies relevant to the domain.

- Risk monitoring and portfolio management of clients on a time to time basis.

- Must have complete know how of NBFC & MFI sector, regulations & Key trends.

Desired Candidate Profile : MBA/ CA with overall 15 years of experience and 10-12 years of relevant experience Institutional lending , Debt syndication & structuring for NBFC's & MFI's
