For the role of Business Head, we require candidate to have proven consumer business acumen and leadership skills.
Primary responsibilities will be to manage P&L responsibility and to drive new products development.
1. This would deal with buyer side services and monetization and we'd have a very strong preference for a strong product/brand background person, with a revenue experience, into the role. Or someone who has been in a category head kind of role in ECom or similar places.
2. The role would require managing a small core team comprising product, analysts and overseeing a large operations/sales unit. It is expected to be a 100cr+ annualized topline business with significant net margins.
3. The role would demand lots of innovations on new services, pricing, product interventions & sales/ops channels to fully develop a strong freemium offering on the demand side for MB.
- Individuals must have 12+ of experience post MBA.
- Out of total experience minimum 5 years must be in Consumer Internet space in Product/Business Role.

- Has good years of experience in driving and managing P&L responsibility

- Spearheaded business strategy for consumer space and managed the delivery of highly scalable, usable and differentiated business plans to drive effective profitability.
- Problem-solving experience - Research and analytics + presentation storyboarding experience
- Conceptualize Scalable New Revenue driven Products.
