Business Head - Ice Cream Retail Business

Looking at Business Head for Retail & Cafe business for one of the world's leading & most premium Ice Cream brand

- Responsibility of top line & bottom line for the Ice Cream Retail business and the Caf- business.

- Responsible for all key functions namely Sales, Planning & Manufacturing. Marketing and Finance will have dual reporting.

- Innovate appropriately to scale up the volume & value of business and lead the existing team to penetrate into new territories & improve share in existing markets

- The candidate will also need to identify appropriate out of home channels for growth and develop an appropriate product portfolio of imported / locally manufactured products to strengthen our presence.

- He will also need to develop a strong relationship with large food service customers & modern retail to help strengthen our presence in these channels.

- Strategize in reducing the cost of operation by leveraging on technology and increase performance / productivity.

- Lead & guide the team in bringing operational excellence in all spheres of activities. Review and introduce the desired systems & processes
