- Looking for Top B School Grad candidate with prior manufacturing and current corporate experience with a strong hold on all the HR functions.

- MBA (Regular) is mandatory

- Very strong strategic orientation with a clear understanding of business value chain

- Should have strong conceptual understanding of Talent management & development process along with in-depth & hands-on exposure on the same
