Role - Head Business - Housing and Personal loan.

Location - Mumbai.

Gist of the role -

1. Candidate will strongly involved in setting up loans business i.e. Housing and Personal loans.

2. Overall P&L responsibility for the business and is expected to build a scalable profitable business.

3. Driving the strategic direction as well as business delivery for Housing and Personal loans business.

4. Responsible for monthly / quarterly / annual business performance.

5. Lead and direct the team by providing strategic inputs and plans for distribution penetration in current markets as well as future geographic expansion.

Experience - 10+ years in loan business (housing and personal)
