Business Head - Holidays & Packages

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Building and managing the end to end "Holidays and Packages" vertical for the company.

- The individual will have a P&L responsibility.

The primary role:

- Candidate needs to be a champion at Sourcing/ supply creation of holiday packages across India and abroad.

- The candidate will also need to work closely with tourism boards, destination management companies, hotels, ground transportation providers and various constituents in this space.

- Besides the primary responsibilities mentioned above, the candidate needs to work with a cross functional team to deliver the following:

- Creating high value content.

- Executing business processes & automation

- Driving conversions and online transactions via various sources.

- Actively working with technology team for development of mobile and web products.

- Work with operations teams to deliver a superior user experience/ after sales experience.

- Work closely with the marketing team to drive demand.

- Work closely with analytics and finance teams to identify and keep track of KPI's and metrics.

Qualification: MBA
