Designation: VP (Retired / Recently Retired)
Experience: 25 Years Plus
Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Electrical or Electrical Electronics
Key Responsibility:
- Expertise on an incumbent Is required who can help our organization in finalizing the amalgamation for JV /Buy Out / Build it inhouse as a separate line of business.
- The incumbent should have a knowledge of High Voltage cable applications in various industry and market segments.
- The prime role would be to direct promote and coordinate the business operations in a manner that will help achieve business mission, objective and goals.
- The incumbent should be able to build a team to manage the manufacturing operations, quality, Maintenance, and distribution of the product in the market.
- The incumbent Should create awareness in mind of customers, develop market and business community.
- The incumbent should be able to develop and review goals based on objectives set by the management and communicate it to the team.
- Incumbent should be able to do Continuous Improvement: Assess and review team performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing action plans to maximize efficiency.
- Provide strong leadership and mentorship to the manufacturing team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
