Our client is a unique AI & Data assisted tech platform enabling OEM's to reinvent their supply chain.
They enable on demand manufacturing for large corporations improving supply chain velocity, quality and reducing costs.
Their MAAS ( Manufacturing as a Service) platform is a very unique offering to manufacturing/ Product OEM's.
They cater to Defence, Heavy Machinery, Power & Transmission, Automotive & Industrial Manufacturing sectors across multiple continents.
Key Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop a strong pipeline of Manufacturing OEM / EPC customers in India
- Lead and mentor the team of Sales Engineers and Managers.
- End to end Client support to ensure long term business relationship and business growth
- Work closely with Supplier Onboarding & operations team in providing inputs on on boarding requirements and forecast demand trends.
- Report and work with the CEO in enabling sales KPI's and creating a sales MIS system.
- Convene regular review meetings with customers to identify issues, resolve them & communicate progress being made on Work in Progress orders.
- Prepare customer acquisition plans, set sales revenue targets & achieve them.
- Work with founding team in building and developing the right growth strategy and revenue strategies.
- Report out to the founding team on review meetings and strategic updates.
- Set up an active Marketing and lead generation mechanism for the business.
- Monitoring the market and competitor products and activities and providing detailed sales forecasting.
- Reviewing customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and improving customer satisfaction.
Skill :
- Experience in B2B space & Manufacturing processes
- Experience / the ability to appreciate the role played by tech platforms towards enabling this digital transformation
- Knowledge on various manufacturing processes and experience of having worked directly with manufacturing OEM's.
- 12+ years experience in direct or outside sales (B2B a plus)
- Strong prospecting skills and excellent closing skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Education: Bachelor of Engineering - Mechanical, Manufacturing / Industrial Engineering. MBA- Sales & Marketing
