Job Overview:.

- The Business Head for Healthcare Staffing will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations, strategy, and growth of the healthcare staffing division.

- This role requires leadership in driving business development, managing client relationships, ensuring operational excellence, and leading a high-performing team in a dynamic and fast-growing industry.

Key Responsibilities:.

Strategic Leadership:.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and expansion of the healthcare staffing division.

- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and market dynamics to adapt the business strategy accordingly.

- Lead the development of new service lines and geographic expansion opportunities.

- Collaborate with the executive team to align the staffing business goals with broader corporate objectives.

Business Development & Growth:.

- Identify and secure new business opportunities with hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other healthcare organizations.

- Develop partnerships with healthcare providers to establish long-term staffing agreements.

- Create and execute strategies to expand market share in both permanent and temporary staffing.

- Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and by expanding services to existing clients.

Operational Excellence:.

- Oversee the daily operations of the staffing business, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.

- Implement best practices for recruiting, screening, and placing qualified healthcare professionals (e. , nurses, physicians, allied health professionals).

- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

- Monitor KPIs, financial performance, and operational metrics to ensure targets are met.

Client & Stakeholder Management:.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and healthcare partners.

- Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by delivering high-quality staffing solutions and services.

- Address client concerns and issues promptly to maintain positive long-term relationships.

Team Leadership & Development:.

- Lead and manage a diverse team of recruiters, account managers, and operational staff.

- Foster a high-performance culture through coaching, mentoring, and talent development.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and career development programs.

- Ensure that recruitment teams are equipped with the tools, technology, and resources needed to meet staffing demands.
