Business Head - Healthcare

A leading real Estate conglomerate is looking for individuals with experience in Pathology labs and diagnostic centers or having practiced pathology at managerial or professional levels.

Role description:

- The individual would be responsible to set-up a chain of diagnostic centers across Mumbai and rest of India.

- He/she needs to evaluate different GTM strategies, business models and is responsible for the complete process of strategy planning, strategy evaluation and strategy implementation.

Some of the inherent lookouts would be:

1. Putting together a compelling proposition consisting of a strong STP analysis

2. Location selection and Purchase management

3. Establishing best industry practices and enhanced process controls

4. Achieving operational excellence

5. Marketing and business development.

Requirements for the role:

1. Possessing entrepreneurial attitude and qualities

2. Self-motivated and brings a strategic approach towards problem solving

3. Prior experience in setting up a diagnostic center will be an added advantage

4. Proven situations and scenarios exhibiting Risk taking abilities, critical issue management and project management skills

5. 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience

6. Education Qualification: BSC/MSC in microbiology or graduation/post graduation in pathology. MBA would be an added advantage, but not a basic requirement.
