- As the Head of E-commerce you are responsible to develop and execute strategy to drive profitable online channel growth. This entails all aspects of the e-commerce business including customer offer and brand experience, commercial calendar, sales, digital platform and digital development.
- You are responsible for B2B and will work closely with all other departments within & Other Stories such as store sales, buying and marketing teams to ensure cross channel alignment in customer experience, strategy and branding.
- You are a natural and experienced leader that focus on coaching and developing your team to achieve success. You manage, motivate and inspire your Ecommerce teams to reach the sales, growth and company goals. Finding and recruiting the best talents, developing people and working with long-term succession planning is a natural part of your job.
- You define and develop & Other Stories digital sales strategy in cohesion with the overall seamless sales strategy and & Other Stories brand vision. You have the overall responsibility to drive the development of sales growth across all existing as well as new online markets. - You continuously improve and innovate the whole e-commerce experience to optimize selling.
- You have full budget and P&L responsibility for the online channel and work close together with our business controllers.
- You strive to constantly optimize the customer offer by driving customer-, web-, and sales analysis and taking actions accordingly. Monitor and evaluate the digital performance of marketing activities. Continuously monitor upcoming trends and developments. Drive unique digital activities via local Ecommerce teams around the world.
Qualifications :
Qualities/Competences:
- A broad business and digital background with experience in digital development and sales optimization
- A natural and experience leader that focus on coaching and developing the team to achieve success
- Proven work (a minimum of 5 years experience experience) as a manager managing large teams within E-commerce and digital, preferably within fashion with an omnichannel mindset
- Proven results of increasing online sales
- Proven ability in leading, developing, motivating and inspiring a team with a global outlook - leading teams on distance.
- As a leader, being analytical and strategical as well as hands on and always find ways forward through engaging and inspiring the team and stakeholders
- Commercial as well as strategic mind-set and understanding of forward planning and creative solutions
- Experience of being an active and inspiring part of a management team
- University Degree educated (or equivalent) in business
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Strong brand ambassador
