Business Head (GM - IT Staffing Contract to Hire)

- Spearheading the Sales & Operations initiatives in order to make in-roads into the market with our multiple service offerings, expand client base, maximize revenue & market share while ensuring profitability.

- Target mid-market, large size and Fortune companies to explore Contract staffing opportunities by identifying and approaching key decision makers.

- Create sales plans and go-to market strategies to grow market share, differentiate our company against competitors to acquire new business.

- Develop strong business relationships with HR, Talent Acquisition and Procurement leaders within the mid-sized and fortune 1000 clients.

- Schedule appointments/meetings with the appropriate stakeholders at prospective clients on regular basis, increase the number of new opportunities in the sales pipeline, maintain periodic follow ups and effectively drive the opportunities through the funnel to convert to closed contract.

- Apply the knowledge of Contract staffing solutions, concepts, and industry trends to a business development opportunity, and educate the client while bringing innovative ideas to the table.

- Coordinate and work closely with internal teams and Directors to leverage our capabilities and close sales.

- Align with internal team to draft and submit responses to open proposals/RFI/RFPs in a timely manner.

- Develop and maintain strong relationship with prospective clients. Responsible for managing pipeline and reporting to management on regular basis.

- Lead generation-deal closure to Client Management

Qualification And Experience:

1. A minimum of 15+ years of experience in managing Sales/Delivery /Recruitment Operations of a mid to large Staffing company In addition, prior experience in the Domestic Staffing industry, Business Development & Service Delivery management would be very useful in this role.

2. Experience in Managing Team Conflicts, Competency Management, Attrition is a definite requirement. Ability to understand and follow Management instructions.

3. Being a combination of a Business Development & Service Delivery role, the individual would be expected to own the end-to-end Sales & Delivery cycle.

4. Responsible for the Profit & Loss of the entire Domestic Operations.

5. Energetic and self-motivated.

6. Excellent exposure and ability to make strategies on contract staffing.

7. To maintain good relationship with all clientele and ensure all the queries/issues are addressed in a phased manner.

8. Good communication, with ability to work with all levels in the organization.

9. Ability to work under pressure.

10. Customer focus mind-set and commitment to deliver a high level of service.

11. Maintain confidentiality with integrity.
