Title : Business Head / GM - Import & Export - Steel (B2B Trading Business )

Location : Delhi

Job Role:

To manage the complete Sourcing, Import, Exports, Sales, Marketing and Trading of Steel. Responsible for Global sourcing in Steel Raw Material. Sourcing of Steel Product from National and International suppliers like Galvanised Steel, Electrical Steel, Billet, HRC, CRC, Wire Rod, Pipe etc.

1. Contact / Visit customers to maintain long term relationship .Maintains contacts (build & maintain network) with other industry participants including traders and brokers

2. Build new customer & maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction & repeat business.

3. Develop Customer in domestic market increasing sales regularly. Development in Export Market - Korea, Japan, Europe, Italy , Ukraine , Middle East , Taiwan etc.

4. Developing new customers/sources to expand acknowledgement of the Organisation in the market, providing the company with efficient, competitive pricing and reliable quality materials.

5. Lead Generation for Steel Bulk Market.

6. Spearheaded Sales & Business Development efforts for Steel Products.

7. Handling with Automobile customer (Tier-2, Tier-3), EPC companies, Fabricators, Stockists and with International Clients.

Educational Qualification / Work Experience & Skills :

1. MBA / B.Tech / BE with Minimum 15+ years of experience in Trading Business.

2. Successfully led B2B Industrial/Institutional Sales, Marketing & Business teams ,product portfolios (Steel Mkt) & establishing new business with sustainable growth over 2 decades

3. Fair understanding of Steel (HRPO, CRCA, Coated Steel, SS Pipes, ERW Pipes. Exposure in back-to-back international trading

4. Experienced International Trade Specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the international trade and development industry. Global experience in Leading a cross functional team across Global Strategy, Global Sourcing, Demand Planning & Forecasting, Direct & Indirect Purchase, Capex Opex, Bulk Procurement, Distributions and Supply Chain Operations Management (SCM), International Sales & Marketing Administration, Budgeting & Staffing, Transportations, Logistics Shipping & Port Operations, International Trading, Costing & Pricing.
