Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage overall process of Buyers from sampling till shipment.
- Strategically plan the needs of Customer as per the Business with optimizing overall cost and resources available.
- Yearly planning of sales budgets and their outcomes accordingly.
- Taking complete Ownership from Generating Business to Shipment stage. Handling Teams and executing on time.
- Identifying new Business through email, phone, reference or personal visit. Local & International Travel when need arises.
- Developing good rapport with existing Customers to expand sales.
- Setting goals and directions for the Teams to achieve desirable output.
- Signing off all costing sheets thus minimizing the expenses and maximizing the profit margins.
- To have complete Industry knowledge and to keep one updated with the current market trend for smooth functioning.
- To make all departments work together complying with policies of the Organization for producing better results.
- Regular interaction with Factory and Production Team in managing day to day business which will keep the staff motivated.
