A leading micro-retail player seeks a business head to drive our mission of delivering convenient, high-quality vending and food delivery solutions. The ideal candidate will lead with strategic foresight and operational excellence to sustain our growth and brand reputation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Vision: Craft and execute the company's strategic direction, ensuring both short-term wins and long-term success.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations, optimizing efficiency, product quality, and resource management.
- Financial Leadership: Spearhead financial strategies to enhance profitability and maintain positive cash flows in the business.
- Market Expansion: Drive business development, forge strategic partnerships, and expand market presence.
- Innovation and Product Strategy: Lead product development and innovation to meet evolving consumer demands.
- Team and Culture Building: Build and nurture a high-performing team within a flexible work culture, promoting accountability and innovation.
- Regulatory Compliance and Governance: Ensure legal compliance and effective board governance, maintaining ethical business practices.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated leadership in P&L management roles in related industries is a must have.
- Comprehensive knowledge of various business functions, including HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Committed to strong finances management and complete regulatory compliances on time.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Bachelor's in engineering is a must have. A master's degree in business administration is preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a team lead role is must.
