Business Head - FMCG

- Develop long and short term strategies and tactics for growth.

- Develop brand and messaging to attract and retain customers.

- Develop and manage budgets for marketing, operations, and technology.

- Develop and manage supply chains to ensure continuity and maintain margins.

- Develop a standard of high performing, well-coordinated teams across business units capable of supporting accelerated growth and rapid adoption of new technologies, services and partners.

- Manage operations to ensure customer satisfaction.

- Meet revenue and profit targets as setup by the Founders.

- Collaborate with promoters & directors to manage all aspects of the Elegare- Hip Hop business including, business planning, content strategy and development, promotional campaigns and other online marketing, website design, customer service, web analytics and web technologies

- Create the extraordinary user experience of the website including site navigation, content development, checkout funnel and promotional campaigns.

- Develop the company's ability to incubate and accelerate new product/category initiatives.

- Define, refine and monitor performance measures that support the strategy and operating plans.

- Enforce adherence to legal guidelines and in-house policies

- Ensure the company's complicity with legal and business ethics

- End to End Responsibility of Branding & Marketing

- Lead the organization from front & execute the vision of the organization as setup by the Founders/ Directors/Promoters

- Build ESG plan for the Elegare business
