Business Head

Responsibilities:

1. Leading the Revenue and P&L for Private Brands operating in hyperlocal food delivery space & Revenue Achievement as per target.

2. Delivering on Profitability EBITDA targets for the brand.

3. Develop a business plan for revenue and lead the execution of same with cross-functional coordination Month on Month

4. Own the marketing and promotions spends and deliver brand objectives and ROI targets TACOS%, ROI on Ads and Cost Per Impression

5. Lead delivery of brilliant customer experience in close conjunction with Supply Chain Managing teams NPS%, Customer Ratings and Reviews

6. Conducting opportunity analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and to fuel future growth New and Effective Growth Levers.

7. Work in close conjunction with Channel Partners like Swiggy, Zomato to develop and execute Join Business Plans.

Candidate should have exposure to FMCG or Food Industry.
