Brief synopsis of job responsibility:
1. Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals
2. Lead innovation challenges
3. Assist in the development of the sales plan.
4. Lead sales initiatives in the B2B segment.
5. Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales goals; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products
6. Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors
7. Improving Top-Line & Bottom Line and take the ownership of the overall P&L
8. Designing and implementing competent strategies to explore potential business avenues, penetrate new markets and expand the existing network.
9. Concentrating on existing customers to increase business volume.
10. To keep abreast of competitors activities in order to achieve increase in the business market share.
11. Create visibility of brand by participating in sales meeting, trade shows and seminars
12. Work collaboratively across teams - including operations, design, accounts, finance, Product, Marketing & HR to ensure continuous process improvement
13. Create strong relationships with key client stakeholders at both senior and mid-management levels
