Requirements :
- Extensively involved in Client and Stakeholder Management
- Would be responsible for client engagement, relationship building
- Incumbent should be from a tier 1 or 2 college candidate with 15-20 years of work experience.
- Must have worked through a stable career with strong stint in Sales and Distribution of FMCG products with wide presence in both urban and rural markets.
- Should have a pan India distribution exposure preferably in the FMCG space and ability to handle large teams efficiently and effectively.
- Should have handled new launches ( Expansion Capability)
- Preference to look at candidates from MNCs
Responsibilities :
- Mentoring the leaders at the organisation for the next level.
- Business growth initiatives
- Building a strong functional leadership team
- Augmenting controls, automation, compliance & processes
- Defining new areas of growth in terms of markets , products, strategy and TG
- Strong focus on building brand, growth & profitability
- Setting up parameters for effective governance, risks and sustainable platform
- Implement robust performance assessment and reward programs
