With a solid share of business in the Consumer (FMCG, Retail) and Industrial space, they are now focused on impeccable service delivery levels and client retention. They are looking to hire a Business Head with a strong track record of Sales & Marketing in FMCG businesses to drive the growth and business objectives of the organization.
Description
In this role, reporting to the CEO - the incumbent will be responsible for:
- Responsible for client engagement, relationship building and extensively involved in Client and Stakeholder Management
- Ensuring impeccable service delivery to existing accounts with an objective to drive client retention
- Focusing on ensuring a stable NPS in client surveys
- Setting up parameters for effective governance, risks and sustainable platform
- Development of tactical plans for the division in line with Customer, Client and Group strategic direction and objectives
- Implementing robust performance assessment and reward programs
- Augmenting controls, automation, compliance & processes
- Driving thought leadership and team management besides mentoring the leaders at the organization for the next level.
- Preferably currently working with MNCs and possessing strong business orientation.
- Experience of managing P&L and building scale in a distributed set-up (Food industry or a similar decentralized model) with multi geography experience is ideal.
- The candidate must have penchant for building systems and sales process and should be a vocal champion for sales process and systems Automation.
- Should have successfully delivered in current and past roles; and should be able to deftly handle and enhance a team of at least 200 + people directly and indirectly.
