Position: Business Head

- Palm Oil, responsible for oil refinery production and sales & marketing as a profit center Head

Location: Mozambique

Reporting to: Country Head (Mozambique) & Senior VP/Global Head (Palm Oil, based out of Singapore)

Team Size: 250 including 6 senior managers (expats)

Sales Turnover: INR 700+ crore

Current Position: Number 1 brand in Mozambique. New Plant/refinery being set up right now on top of existing one

Detailed Job Description:

- Responsible for growing the Biz nationally and to ensure that the businesses are being managed profitably thru proper collaboration with partners

- To develop New avenues like Institutional Sales, MRF/HORECA Segment in the national market

- To develop the Export Market for efficient Capacity Utilization of the Current Manufacturing Units

- Develop Private label Biz thru proper identification of winning partners for better volume through put

- Develop winning strategic directions for the business by completely analysing the competitive scenario and defining the right areas to play

- Develop and manage operational matrix for monitoring the success of business

- Be aware of emerging market trends regarding competition, products and customer requirements

- Ensure that the business operates at the strategically accepted Gross Contribution % level Control over operating costs across all the entities thru efficient deployment of resources

- Derive synergy between all the operating units in Sourcing of RMPM, Technical Skills and materials

- Determine the strategic direction for operations through the development and regular monitoring of strategic plan

- Ensure that the reporting deadlines are met

- Ensure that all internal controls are applied as per Organizational Norm

- Ensure 100% compliance to local regulations

- Focus on projected cash flows from an operational and capex point of view

- Ability to arrive at projected capital funding requirements to company’s on a quarterly basis

- Ensure that a proper organizational structure is in place for operations, sales management and finance as laid out in the Business Plan/Strategy
