Responsibilities & Candidate Profile:
- Leading the entire Sales team across multiple sales channels such as General Trade, Institutional, Government & HoReCa. The ideal candidate brings core experience in the General Trade channel as well as Modern Trade & HoReCa channels.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in handling large-scale sales & distribution
- Expertise in commodities and branding, brand-building strategies, distribution network management, value-added product development, and retail distribution
- Display strong leadership abilities & collaboration skills, having led large internal & external sales teams, with high focus on execution
- Worked with product categories such as Oil, Atta, Rice, etc.
- Worked in-depth across minimum two regions and handled turnover of 150+ Crs
