- Reports to Regional Business Head
- Responsible for total State performance in accordance with company policy, involves budgeting, sales forecasting & overall State Management.
- Direct all operational aspects of the State including Sales, Distribution, Channel Sales, Human resources, administration, and sales
- Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
- Develop and execute State sales strategies to maximize revenues
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives, and business plans
- Manage budget and allocate funds along with State Accountants
- Bring out the best of the state personnel by providing training, coaching, development, and motivation.
- Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
