Requirement :

- 5+ years of experience in P&L management, Operations, Program Management or Sales

- Exceptional at moving business metrics using all possible levers

- Exceptional at operational excellence - defining, monitoring, improving processes

- Exceptional at people management

- Exceptional at managing multiple stakeholders across product, engineering, operations, marketing

- Ability to independently design, execute and measure experiments

- Work experience in early-stage startups (0 ->1) or founding experience

- Bachelors/PG or equivalent degree from premier institutes is a plus
