Leading Financial Institution Requires Business Head (PAN INDIA Branch Operations)- Mumbai & Delhi

( Team Handling role, Pan India)

It was established to enable access to affordable housing finance to the lower and middle income groups in semi-urban and rural parts of India.

- In the pursuit of strengthening its sales team we are looking for Business Head( Branch Operations ) for Mumbai & Delhi Branches

4) Experience- over 10 years in sales/ Branch Operations in Banking / BFSI / loans portfolio .

- Should have managed a team

TEH JD IS AS FOLLOWS -

- The incumbent is responsible for Managing operations of all the branches located strategically at Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune locations

- Responsible for the P & L of the branches assigned

- Handling the business development, identifying & developing new markets, handling lead generation & client retention and achieving the set targets.

- Preparation of business plans, competitors profile & monitoring operations at regular intervals with focus on profitability.

- Proven ability in achieving targets and setting up business operations in untapped markets.

- Distinction of exploring new markets for business growth and streamlining sales & marketing operations.

- Result oriented achiever with excellent track record for identifying opportunities for accelerated growth.

Key Competencies :

- Formulating long term / short term strategic plans & reaching out to the unexplored market segments / customer groups for business expansion by developing the grass root business network.

- Managing sales & marketing operations to ensure accomplishment of set business targets and to meet the increasing competition.

- Identifying & developing potential customers/ Clients for achieving business volumes consistently and profitably.

- Mapping client's needs and providing best products to suit their requirements.

- Building healthy business relationship with major clients to ensure maximum customer satisfication.

- Recruiting, mentoring and training personnel for the marketing team for ensuring optimum performance to achieve the target

Key responsibilities :

- Responsible for profitability of branches, Enhanced profitability of branches by managing Branch banking team to enhance customer base in the Loans portfolio .

- Also responsible for forming strategies for reducing operational expenditure at branches.

- Responsible for customer service at branches and handle escalations., Also responsible for formulating strategies for reducing operational expenditure at branches.

- Responsible for customer service at branches and handling escalations.

- Managing P&L through growth in Loans portfolio, and business loan book growth.

- Ensure compliance & performance with integrity as per the guidelines of the Bank
