Responsibility & Accountability :

- Would be responsible for developing the long-term business strategy, direction and focus for establishing the company as the preferred partner of choice in the Facility Management / Building Management / Work Spaces Management Business in India.

- Should have experience to build and manage a team of operators, site/project managers with proven track record in Facility Management / Building Management / Work Spaces Management Business

- The candidate shall be responsible for preparation of business plan and P&L for his Business. It is prerequisite for the candidate to have the ability to build existing/new client relationships to promote his business

- Ensuring growth through profitable business

- New and Lateral Business Increase

- Effectively Maintain and strengthen Relationships with Clients

- Liaised with Clients & Site Teams to resolve customer issues

- Standardization of Business, Processes & Operations

- Implementation & Review of Performance measures

- Ensuring generation and monitoring of MIS

Preferred Candidate :-

- PG / MBA / BE / B.Tech with 16 to 22 Yrs of experience into Facility Management / Building Management / Work Spaces Management Business with last 3+yrs as a Business Head.

- Knowledge & Accuracy in Profit Centre Head Role
