Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Head to lead our eyewear retail business. The Business Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail operations, driving sales growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and achieving business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, particularly within the eyewear industry, and a proven track record of strategic leadership and business development.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic plans and business initiatives to drive revenue growth and profitability for the eyewear retail business.

- Lead and manage a team of department managers and store staff, providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to achieve sales targets and operational excellence.

- Establish and maintain strong vendor relationships with eyewear brands and suppliers to ensure competitive product offerings and optimal inventory management.

- Monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for product assortment enhancement and market expansion.

- Analyze sales performance, customer data, and market insights to optimize pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and merchandising strategies.

- Develop and implement effective marketing and promotional programs to increase brand awareness, drive foot traffic to stores, and enhance customer loyalty.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and regulatory requirements, maintaining a high level of operational efficiency and customer service excellence.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, supply chain, and human resources, to align business strategies and achieve organizational goals.

- Lead the implementation of technology solutions and digital initiatives to enhance the omni-channel customer experience and drive online sales growth.

- Prepare and present periodic business performance reports, including financial metrics, sales forecasts, and operational KPIs, to senior management and stakeholders.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Retail Management, or related field. MBA or equivalent qualifications preferred.

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in retail management roles, with a strong track record of success in the eyewear retail industry.

- Proven leadership experience in driving sales growth, managing retail operations, and achieving financial targets.

- Deep understanding of the eyewear market, including trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.

- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to develop and execute business plans to achieve long-term objectives.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.

- Analytical mindset with proficiency in financial analysis, budget management, and sales forecasting.

- Experience in managing a retail team, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions and business priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office suite and retail management software.
