Role and responsibilities:

- Build the business from concept to commercial launch

- Lead product design, UX, marketing, management, operations, partnerships and business development.

- Grow the team - marketing, tech and product.

- Work closely with Credit policy, Risk, Compliance and Collections

- Establish product market fit, marketing proposition and core unit economics
