Job Description:

- Seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Business Head for its EV Light commercial vehicle dealership division.

- This leadership role is critical for driving both sales and service efforts, ensuring top-line and bottom-line growth through a nationwide distribution network.

Key Responsibilities:.

- Responsible for the sales and marketing of a major automobile brand within the Group.

- Direct and manage all sales and business development operations.

- Develop and execute brand-building, pricing, and promotional strategies.

- Oversee the service operations, ensuring high customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.

- Develop strategies to enhance service quality and customer retention.

- Liaise closely with OEM to plan and implement aggressive strategies aimed at achieving sales, market share, and profitability objectives.

- Maintain key customer base, implement innovative promotional campaigns, monitor market trends, and explore growth opportunities.

- Lead, train, and motivate a team of highly competent sales and service professionals.

Qualifications:.

- Degree in Engineering (preferred) with an additional management qualification from a reputed institute.

- 15+ years of experience in sales and marketing, heading the entire sales and service function of a reputed automobile brand.

- Proven track record and leadership qualities with effective communication, strong interpersonal skills, sound commercial acumen, and analytical ability.

- Experience in handling large markets, volumes, and managing a large team of professionals.
