Job Description:
1. Drive ESOP financing business across the country. Build a sizable book within a short span of time.
2. The candidate shall be resposible to build the end-to-end product and solution on ESOP financing business.
3. Understanding of the ESOP financing eco-system right from lead generation, company tie-ups, onboarding, origination, management and servicing.
4. Understanding of systems that would make the entire ESOP financing digital. A sound understanding of ESOP industry landscape, current market practices, pledge requirements etc.
KRA'S:
1. Generate sustainable and profitable ESOP business for the company.
2. Provide solutions within quick timelines wrt Acquisition and Service
3. Leverage on market best practices and adopt the same to build a robust ESOP channel
4. Process streamlining for building a sustainable digital platform
5. Collaborate and work with shared resources
6. Work in tangent with various teams to generate leads and translate them into business
7. Believe in activities to generate business - customer meets, relationship management, service orientation
8. Ensure productivity of resources
9. Continously benchmarking and improving customer onboarding and servicing journey
Key competencies required:
1. Excellent Communication, presentation and negotiation skills
2. Basic knowledge on broking, LAS, ESOP products and process
3. Experience in handling ESOP products for over a couple of years
4. Knowledge of end to end ESOP Process from Business Origination till disbursement and servicing
5. Knowledge on latest trends in ESOP industry / Commercials / Market
