Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of
Enterprise Sales in the B2B vertical. The successful candidate will lead a dedicated sales team focused on driving revenue and profits from large corporate clients, institutions, and other enterprise accounts. This role requires a strong execution specialist with exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Lead and mentor a high-performing team of enterprise sales professionals
2) Responsible for driving Profits and Revenue for the B2B Enterprise Vertical.
3) Achieve individual brand/product target for the company
4) Work closely with the product heads and support functions and enhance the offerings to the customers.
5) Driving B2B business model, Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
6) Operational Efficiency, Resource Management, Technology Integration, Performance Monitoring, Collaboration and Communication
7) Monitor resource optimisation and adjust as needed to maintain business deliverables.
8) Continuously assess and refine operational workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
9) Analyse market trends and competitor activities to align sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Post Graduate / Graduate with a proven track record of successful corporate sales experience with adequate knowledge of Product selling, margin negotiation and collection.
- In-depth knowledge of strategic sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Great influencing and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to develop and deliver results by effectively managing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Ability to analyse customer data and identify potential sales opportunities
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills
- Minimum 5+ years of sales leadership experience in B2B Enterprise is a must.
