About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing business development team across major metro cities.

- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients-BFSI to secure key business mandates and drive impactful collaborations.

- Training Solutions: Oversee the design and delivery of tailored professional training programs and upskilling initiatives.

- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through strategic planning, market expansion, and client acquisition.

- Client Management: Build long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and continued partnerships.

Candidate Profile:

- Extensive experience (10+ years) in business development or enterprise solutions, preferably in professional services or related industries.

- Strong understanding of corporate ecosystems, especially within BFSI or allied sectors.

- Proven ability to lead and manage teams across locations.

- Strategic mindset paired with a results-oriented approach.

- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

- MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
