KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Strategize & drive Revenue, growth for every account.
2. Technical & commercial acumen - ability to present and sell Axcend Capabilities in Engineering Services.
3. Keep an eye on competition, trends & take proactive initiatives to protect & enhance market share.
4. Sales Forecasting, AOP preparation, MIS, participation in weekly/monthly reviews.
5. Work with HR team in enabling employee engagement; maintain high morale of on-site resources, conceptualize & implement innovative ideas- all towards ensuring minimal attrition.
6. Ability to adapt to multiple methods of contract management.
Sales/Account Management:
1. Own & manage existing customer's end-to-end including protecting existing revenues, incremental business generation, ownership of billing & collections - PO generation to collections
2. Mapping & enhancing client relationships at all levels of the customer organizations - VP, R & D heads, Group Heads, Project Managers and B & C level executives in the target client organizations.
3. Ensuring CSAT of level 4.0 or higher.
4. Ensure Account-wise revenue, Profitability/Gross Margin as per AOP.
5. Maintain TAT for placement of resources, projects, billing & collections.
6. Ensure price increase for existing resources
New Customer Acquisition:
1. Strategize & Drive new customer acquisition aggressively - new accounts & new locations of existing accounts.
2. Signing of MSA, NDA
Delivery:
1. Manage the internal delivery organization consisting of recruiters, finance, billing & revenue assurance teams and ensure delivery on all aspects.
2. Drive the project delivery team to ensure that the milestones - revenue & delivery - are met.
3. Take ownership of all issues and resolve them with a customer centric approach.
