Roles and Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Develop and implement the overall business strategy for the EMS division within the consumer durables sector.
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive alignment and achieve business objectives.
Market Analysis and Growth:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats in the consumer durables space.
- Develop and execute strategies to capture market share and expand product offerings.
Sales and Revenue Management:
- Oversee the sales strategy, focusing on customer acquisition and retention to maximize revenue.
- Set and manage the annual budget, ensuring profitability and cost-effectiveness.
Product Development and Innovation:
- Collaborate with R&D and product teams to innovate and enhance product offerings based on market demand.
- Ensure that product development aligns with consumer trends and technological advancements.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Represent the organization at industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility.
Operational Efficiency:
- Streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives within the EMS division.
Team Development and Leadership:
- Mentor and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Regulatory Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards within the consumer durables industry.
- Identify and mitigate risks to the business, including operational and financial risks.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare and present regular performance reports to executive management.
- Analyze financial metrics and KPIs to inform decision-making and strategic direction.
