Business Head - Electronic Components Distribution Industry

Position of Business Head reporting to Managing Director.

Company is one of the leading names in Electronic Components Distribution industry. They employ about 250 employees.

- They have the turnover in excess of Rs. 500 Cr and having pan India Sales network, having Regional offices in Delhi & Bangalore along with liaison offices in China and Singapore.

- They have state of the art Warehouse in Pune, of about 1 Lack sq ft and planning to have their similar warehouses in Delhi and Bangalore by end of this year.

- They are poised for a massive expansion plans and aim to have exponential growth, to reach at Rs. 1000 Cr in next 3 years and also plan to go public in next 5 years.

- To steer this steep growth plan, we are looking for Business Head who can have a growth path to become the COO / CEO.

The Business Head is necessarily expected to take care of :

a) P & L Responsibility

b) Mapping Market / new opportunities

c) Growth Plan / Initiatives / Business Strategies for next 5 years with focus on Operational Excellence

d) Repositioning and rebranding Millennium Semiconductors to be the 1st choice of its customers

e) Responsibility of complete Operations

f) Strong Leadership Quality, Urge to take on the above mentioned challenge and making team members gear up for the exponential growth along with strong Team Management skills

It is a Top Management position and hence compensation will not be a constraint for this particular position.
