Job Role :

- Head the Profit Center

- Manage the P & L of the business unit in a multi-product environment

- Lead a mid-sized team towards volume, revenue, market share and profitability goal

- Strengthen the CL brand through business development and introduction of new Products

- People responsibility - team building, alliance & networking,, talent acquisition and talent management

- Ensure operating efficiency

Job Responsibilities :

- Responsible for Providing Operational and Business Support .

- Responsible for Branch Management at Macro Level in a multi-brand environment.

- Responsible for Business Expansion, Revenue Growth, Profitabilty and growth of Market Share in School Test Prep.

- Managing P & L for whole cluster

- Acquiring new Clients and taking Seminars in Colleges and Schools

- Provide weekly and monthly sales action plan, reflecting the activities required in each account to achieve sales objectives

- Increase sales line by identifying market opportunities, driving new business

- To ensure profitability is achieved through robust volume achievement, premier pricing, strong alliances/relationship building and operating efficiency through retail and institutional channel.

- To make high value sales calls.

Education Requirements :

- Graduation from a premium college

- MBA degree from premier B-Schools like IIM/XLRI/FMS/JBIMS

The person should be :

- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills

- Demonstrates strategic vision, excellent leadership abilities and strong achievement drive

- Creative thinker, able to conceive unconventional solutions in support of rapid growth

- Dynamic and high energy, able to perform well under deadline pressure

- Sales forecasting and effective sales management skills

- Should be methodical in approach and have the ability to sense, create and penetrate in new markets

Soft Skills :

- Good communication skills

- Ability to lead team
