Job Description :
- An entrepreneurial mindset with outstanding organizational and leadership skills, with experience in building teams and business across Edtech/SaaS organizations in a B2C environment.
- Creates revenue roadmaps along with Core Team members in accordance with growth aspirations
- Designs and recommends online sales programs and sets short and long-term online sales strategies
- Breaks down revenue goals to actionable targets across sales and marketing units
- Acts as thought partner for Core Team to chart business & market strategy
- Lead teams that sell products proposition across product portfolio
- Analyze existing funnels, strategize increased funnel conversions for each categories of products offering
- Build and lead National Sales teams, and track sales performance
- Drive sales cycle, focusing on solutions and utilizing a consultative approach
Successful candidates should have :
- Candidate should have demonstrated track record of managing multiple revenue streams and growing revenues by at least 50% CAGR revenue growth.
- At least 10+ years of experience in sales and marketing.
- Having Online sales experience, with a knowledge of education products or Ed-Tech experience would be an added advantage
- Experience in managing and leading a high performing sales team
- Collaborate with the CFO and the Head of Product to collaborate on a product strategy and technology roadmap at the onset & liaisons with Customer Success Team to improve proposition communication
- Deep understanding of customer needs and passion to deliver value over features
