Qualifications & Requirements:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

- Proven experience of 5-6 years in a leadership role, preferably in the education, edtech, or recruitment sector.

- Strong business acumen with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

- Experience in managing P&L and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to build and nurture partnerships and client relationships.
