We are attempting to disrupt the natural personal care space by providing customers a differentiated offering of "fresh ayurvedic" personal care products. We use fresh ingredients such as milk, yogurt, pulp/juices of various fruits & vegetables as well as fresh flowers, leaves & herbs to build personal care products for everyday use.

The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.

Role : Lead the e-commerce business of Nat Habit across all online marketplaces.

Responsibilities :

1. Drive revenue growth of e-commerce business

2. Improve profitability of the e-commerce business

3. Improve market share in each product category

4. Steer towards market leadership in each product category

5. Foster working relationships with marketplace teams to drive synergies

6. Work with product & marketing to launch competitive offerings.

7. Manage performance & brand ads on each platform

Qualifications & Skills :

1. 7-10 yrs experience in scaling e-commerce with Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc

2. Experience in managing an ads team

3. Experience in FMCG

4. Start-up hustler

5. Knack for innovation & creative solutioning

6. Data-driven approach to problem solving
