Key Accountabilities :
- Design and implement business strategies, plans and procedures
- Establish policies that promote company culture and vision
- Oversee daily operations of the company and the work of executives ( Warehouse, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Import, HR etc.)
- Lead employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
- Write and submit reports to the CEO in all matters of importance
- Participate in expansion activities (investments, corporate alliances etc.)
- Manage relationships with partners/vendors
- Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company
- Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving organizational vision, operational strategy, and hiring needs, Translate strategy into actionable goals for performance and growth helping to implement organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operating planning
- Monitor performance with tracking and establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports, both current and forecasting
- Aggressively manage investment and expenses to ensure the company achieves investor targets relative to growth and profitability
Key Skills :
- Understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, marketing etc.
- Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
- Working knowledge of data analysis and performance/operation metrics
- Working knowledge of E Commerce Business and MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and public speaking skills
- Aptitude in decision-making and problem-solving
