Job Overview:

The Business Head - E-commerce will be a pivotal leader responsible for driving the success of our Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) e-commerce platform. This role requires a dynamic individual with a robust background in data-driven marketing strategies, client growth, and cross-functional leadership. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven track record in managing P&L responsibilities, optimising digital marketing initiatives, and steering strategic direction to achieve significant business growth.

Key Responsibilities Area:

- P&L Management: Full ownership of the e-Commerce Solutions business growth and profitability.

- Client Acquisition and Retention: Drive business development by acquiring new clients and nurturing long-term partnerships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and growth.

- Client Delivery: Building and enhancing Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) growth marketing and sales strategies to drive client success and maximize return on investment (ROI).

- Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and collaborate with Media, Growth Marketing, Creative to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

- Innovation and Experimentation: Lead data-driven marketing experiments and stay updated on industry trends to foster innovation and continuous growth in e-Commerce strategies.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in e-commerce management, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role overseeing P&L.

Skills:

- Proven expertise in data-driven marketing and e-commerce strategy.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.

- Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.

- Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and managing client relationships.

- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, digital marketing tools, and analytics software.
