Marketplace Growth

- Growing the overall revenue of the marketplace division by adding new clients and growing existing clients

- Maintaining close relationship with marketplace partners- Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, etc

- Operational efficiency in the team

- Overseeing media planning and campaign execution across multiple clients

- Client relationship management

- Business Operations & Domain level innovations

- Innovative campaigns across AMS and other platforms to deliver differentiated results

- Team size planning based on the revenue projections

- Recruitment, training and mentoring of the team members

Leadership

- Ability to lead a team of 20+ marketing analysts & specialists

Requirements

- Minimum 5+ years of working experience in a digital marketing role, minimum 2 years on Amazon marketing services.

- Highly detail oriented and a strong ability to multi-task.

- Positive attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment with tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills working with cross-functional teams.

- You are a strong mix of analytical and creative.

- Good communication Skills

- Role will report in to the CEO & Founder

- 20+ marketplace specialists & analysts
