Designation: Business Head  Education: Management Graduate  Experience: 8-12 years  Job Profile  - Managing the P&L of the hotels business & working with teams across hotel contracting, marketing, operations, product and technology to achieve the business goals  - Driving day to day sales of hotels, both online and offline, by generating traffic to the site, deciding & executing promotions, analysing consumer data, improving conversion while managing marketing and discounting spends  - Working with Partner Marketing/ hotel contracting team towards efficient promotions/merchandising, margins, pricing and revenue management.  - Leading online and offline marketing initiatives for the hotels business, including SEO/SEM, metasearch, affiliate, and brand activation to drive profitable business growth  - Develop a strong customer understanding of the hotels buyer & build a powerful customer proposition for the hotels business   - Working with the product team on new customer facing product features for the hotels business.
