Reporting Manager : CEO
Role/Purpose : Launch and lead the new eCommerce business unit to market leadership position.
BSC perspective Key Responsibilities:
Finance:
- Maximize Return on Invested Capital
- Maximize AOP Sales & Cash EBIT
- Leverage RFP/ RR cost base
Customer:
- Offer a strong value proposition for the customer, wider than brick & mortar footprint store with additions at both end, mid-market positioning
- Driving Product/ Service/ Experience Innovation to delight the customer and stay ahead of competition
- Build Brand Equity as the market leader in online footwear retail
Internal Business Process:
- Project Management for business launch, go to market in 4 months on Magneto platform
- Business Strategy formulation and review
- AOP (annual operating plan) Planning
- Deliver Operating efficiency
- Develop and manage Strategic Relationships
People/ Learning & Growth:
- Develop the team - train, guide, upgrade skills and provide exposure
- Build high performance, entrepreneurial teams
