Looking for Business Head from E Commerce Firms
Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop P&L and drive market growth
- Maintain brand image through the implementation of marketing initiatives
- Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media
- Own the development and messaging of the brand narrative
- Create, execute, and manage marketing programs and campaigns
- Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending
- Manage & develop a team to achieve key metrics
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications, and sales estimates
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and competitors activities
- Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities
- Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
- Devise innovative growth strategies
- Product Development Knowledge, Market Positioning Strategy and Roadmap, Digital/Performance Marketing knowledge, Business Acumen
Requirements:
- MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or related field from Tier 1 Institutes
- 3-5 years of experience in brand management, brand marketing, category management or marketing management
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience managing a brand across multiple markets
Stability: Min 2 years in one organization
- Creative thinker and problem solver
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic thinker able to identify long-term opportunities and trends
