Our client is one of the leading Neutraceutical companies and a market leader within their product portfolio. With a solid share of business in the traditional trade, they are now focused on having a robust digital/online footprint. They are extremely well-funded and poised to transform the Industry with some distinct and innovative work in their space, and need a strong eCommerce & D2C Business Head to fuel and sustain that growth across the digital channels for the business.

Job Description

Reporting to the Executive Leadership, you will be:

- Accountable for eCommerce & D2C P&L

- Leading eCommerce Team

- Engaging with eComm portals to develop joint business plans and strategic initiatives

- Responsible for eComm marketing spend and promo spends on eComm portals and D2C portal

- Formulation of a new marketing strategy to improve product visibility and availability on all marketplaces

- Ability to contribute to NPD and Assortment Planning

- Analyzing and optimizing MIS reports which are required by management.

- Monitoring data management to keep the accurate product, pricing, and invoicing information.

The Successful Applicant

MBA / PGDM from a premier institute (preferred) with at least 8-10 + years of Sales & Marketing experience in an FMCG/eCommerce company/D2C company (experience in eCommerce is a must). Hands-on experience of working in a fast-paced/ Agile environment and the ability to effectively define the direction and inspire your team to deliver results is crucial. The person should be able to identify opportunities for improvement and effectively drive teams towards change. Communicating with partners across multiple functions and with senior management is key. Experience with marketing efforts across product development, performance marketing, etc. is important.
